Via-Vox gives its customers leading edge transparent access to the latest technology. We use both tried and tested technology as well as innovative expertise - both in our unique approach to the integration of a wide variety of technology and in developing systems to de-mystify the user experience. Via-Vox take an idea, develop it into a business proposition, take it to market, refine and simplify it and create a return with the result.

The key to Via-Vox is simplification - both in technical and business terms. We recognise that 95% of people only ever use 5% of the average system´s functionality and are potentially confused by too many options or choices. We also realise that by taking out a lot of the technical complexity, we don´t need to sell our services at a premium rate and neither do we need to tie our customers in to extended contracts.

We take an idea and ask: Is it simple to explain and demonstrate? And, if not, can we simplify it sufficiently - at least conceptually. We would also look at the target market - it would have to be marketable to a wide variety of companies and/or individuals. How can it be sold? And how long it would take to get something to market?

We cater for the 95% who want to use a simple, reliable and cost effective solution but who don´t want to have to read the manual or enter into a long term financial commitment. Whilst we give our customers visible access to the latest technology we are leading edge not bleeding edge. Where we can, we use tried and tested technology, but this does not stop us from being original both in our select approach to the integration of a wide variety of technology and in developing systems to simplify the user experience.
